Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
By supplying ink for our printer, my students will have access to the necessary papers to be successful in the academic setting in the NES system at Houston ISD. My goals are for each of my students to be prepared for the grade level and to reach them where they are at this time. My students are special because they have all been diagnosed with ASD, autism spectrum disorder. Their behaviors prohibit them from attending class with their general education peers and require a little more patience and understanding. By providing the ink necessary for the printer, I will be able to print social-emotional needs information to work on in the class with these special students.
