Our school serves grades pre-kindergarten through 5th, which means that as the only technology teacher in the school, many of these students and I will have worked together for seven years by the time they graduate. I love watching them grow, mature, and thrive from three years old to eleven years old.
Our school has a mix of general education students, students identified as gifted and talented, and students with special needs.
My students print all the time.
Having ink for the lab printer will allow all of my students to have a hard copy of the work they have completed.
Portable hard drives allow me to save computer software and drivers, and quickly update student computers in the lab, so each one is up-to-date and ready for the students when they come to my class.
