My Project
In my class, I love to have my students read about things, places, or people that have shaped our world. These requested books will help so many of my students get to know these that they have either heard about or have never heard about before. For instances, there are so many people that have shaped the way that America is, and many of these books can help the students understand how our country has become what it is. There are many historical events that have also shaped the way we live too.
The plan for these books would be for students to write monthly book reports.
One of the book reports would be on a famous person. The research that they get from the book report would eventually be used for a Wax Museum that will take place at the end of the school year.
