it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My infant students will begin to develop an understanding of the needs of plants and a physical examples of plants life cycle through soil, seeds, pots, and different age-appropriate literature. As teachers, we want to provide hands-on and child directed experiences when teaching infants about gardens, plants, the importance of plants environments, and plants needs to survive and thrive.
All my students are eager learners at the ages of 3 months -18 months.
They are taking in their new learning environment and teachers are suffolding from known knowledge. As a class, we want to provide an opportunity for parents and family members to join us in starting our classroom garden once supplies are donated.
