My Students

My school is a Title I school with most of the students on free/reduced lunch. The students come from a wide range of backgrounds. They face many challenges in and out of the classroom.

My group of kids are 4th graders that want to express themselves.

My Project

I am requesting materials that will help keep my students entertained during recess time. We are mandated 20 minutes of recess every day. This time is so important, as it gives the students time to just have fun and not stress.

Many days in Florida are spent indoors due to heat or rain.

The other days, the students get to have access to an open area of land. This project will provide my 4th grade students with outdoor games, as well as STEM activities and card games to do indoors.
