Indoor Recess Recharge

My Project

My goal is to provide my students with a variety of engaging, hands-on indoor recess activities that will keep them active, social, and creative, even when they can’t go outside.

Many of my students need opportunities to build social-emotional skills, collaborate with their peers, and take a brain break from academics, and indoor recess is the perfect time to do so.

With your support, I hope to expand our indoor recess collection with additional engaging activities. These games will not only give my students a much-needed outlet during indoor recess but also help foster critical thinking, social interaction, and fine motor skills.

Recess is an essential part of the school day, providing students with a break that helps them refocus and stay engaged in learning. Without proper indoor recess supplies, students often become restless, leading to a loss of focus when it's time to return to instruction. These materials will help my students release energy in a constructive way, while also building important life skills like cooperation, perseverance, and creative thinking.
