This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Recess allows students to express themselves and play in a healthy, productive way. This time is considered unstructured in our day to allow students to choose the activities. Equipment for students to choose from for different activities will help keep students active and healthy. For this project, I am requesting playground balls, velcro throw and catch sets, as well as jump ropes of various lengths for outdoor recess time. During indoor recess, I have requested a variety of board games, including Battleship, Mancala, Checkers, Sorry, and more. These items will provide students with options for activities to play during their recess time
