My Project
In today's 21st-century learning, online platforms and programs are crucial to aid in meeting students' diverse learning needs. Giving students their pair of headphones (and an organizational bag to store them in) will allow students to access their individualized lessons geared towards their specific needs. My goal is to give every student their own pair of headphones to benefit from curriculum-aligned videos and activities assigned online.
My school has a large population of Multi-Lingual Learners (where English is their second language); therefore, I often provide multiple online opportunities to help build students' vocabulary and background knowledge in the content areas of math and science.
Allowing these students access to videos in their native language while also building and extending on their English learning, stools for seating, and headphones are a necessity in our classroom.
