My Students

My classroom consists of ESL and special needs students. The ESL students enjoy learning but have difficulty with the language. The students with special needs love learning but they need that extra push to get them motivated. The students enjoy when lessons are integrated with technology. They are able to navigate the apps in Google and can trouble shoot when their devices start to malfunction. My children are very helpful and they work together to keep the class environment clean and organized.

My Project

The headphones will allow for individualized learning. These headphones will enables students to focus on the task at hand. It also eliminates other students in the class from being interrupted while completing their own task. Many activities in our classroom require headphone use, these programs include Math Edge, Kidbiz, and Think Central. These programs allow students to learn at their own pace and complete interactive tasks. The table allows for flexible seating, students are able to sit in an area other than their desk to complete classroom assignments. Flexible seating allows for students to be comfortable completing an assignment without feeling restricted.
