This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In a class of many students, it can be challenging to meet one one one or in small groups with students. That's why we work in small groups in the classroom. We have a variety and wide range of needs in our classroom, and whole group instruction sometimes means that I don't know how to cater to specific needs and strengths.

Help me give our class the individualized instruction they need to thrive by providing stools, whiteboard markers, and motivating stamps to carry out small group instruction.

Having a meeting time with all of my students each day helps me to build personal relationships with my students, helps them have time to learn using teamwork, and helps me scaffold instruction for a variety of learners.
