This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Ending my first year teaching and getting ready for my second year, I know exactly how to save time in class and get my students learning as quickly as possible. As students walk into math class all students will need a whiteboard, an Expo marker, a pencil, and an eraser.
In order to minimize disruption and maximize class time, individualized student pencil pouches are necessary.
This will limit class interruption time since all students will have their daily class essentials ready for them in their very own pencil pouches.
Pencil pouches will be used to store students Expo markers, erasers (for both whiteboards and pencils), and their wooden pencils. Student's will have a go-to area to pick up and drop off their pencil pouches daily so they will be ready for every lesson that comes at them.
