My Students
The students at our school are amazing! They arrive excited to learn and become involved in whatever topic that is in the plan. We have wonderful support from our parents. We have a very diverse population of students, culturally, economically, and with different learning abilities. It has become my goal to try and stay ahead of them!
Looking forward to when we are back in our classroom, I want to be sure our students are kept safe.
We have always had community supplies, and the students have learned how to share. Now we will learn to keep our personal supplies safe.
My Project
An important lesson that students learn when they reach third grade is how to share and collaborate with their classmates. The easiest way to develop these experiences has always been with community supplies in the classroom.
My students will be coming back to a classroom where they won't be able to share.
They will each need their own supplies to use.
Crayons, markers and notebooks are used daily in my classroom. By providing these materials for my students, the pressure of starting school will have been lessened for their parents. The students will also be able to use their pencil boxes to organize and keep their supplies for when they are ready to be used.
