My Project
The book "An Indigenous Peoples' History of the United States for Young People" is a crucial resource for teaching students about the Indigenous peoples' experiences and contributions to American history.
By donating these books to my classroom, funders can help provide my students with a comprehensive understanding of American history that goes beyond the traditional narrative.
Through these books, my students will learn about the diverse cultures, traditions, and histories of Indigenous peoples, which will enable them to develop a more nuanced and critical understanding of the world around them. This knowledge will help them become informed and empathetic citizens who can work towards creating a more just and equitable society for all.
