Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
All students are special and deserve every possible advantage to maximize their potential. Working with underserved populations has opened my eyes to the profound need of many students. Though students have been gravely impacted by COVID, they can spring back with extra support and materials to extend their learning.
Students have daily independent practice time.
They may choose to work alone or with a partner to strengthen their reading and math skills. A variety of interesting materials help students choose different avenues to practice to mastery, and spend more time with activities.
