Increasing Learning in Secondary Math/Science Students With Disabilities
Help me give my students an opportunity to learn electricity with the Snap Circuits in physical science class. Headphones will be used by my students with disabilities to hear text and write by verbally speaking to computers.

My Project
My students with disabilities have been impacted by COVID-19 in many ways. They have missed the interaction with peers. They missed instruction because they did not participate in class assignments because they lacked understanding of assignments and the motivation to complete them or could not access text resources. Often, they did not have anyone at home that could help them. The items that I have requested will help my students learn more science and math by participating in group activities designed to teach core subjects. The headphones will allow students to be able to hear textbooks read aloud and will be able to respond and write assignments using speech-to-text software. This will allow them to learn to write more fluently since they will be able to speak what they want to say.
