Help me give my students access to social emotional bilingual books for our diverse classroom. My students will love to have a wider selection of books to read about culture, diversity, kindness, sharing, math/stem skills!
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love my students! Each student who makes up our class adds to the loving inclusive, diverse, and special community we build in our room.
This project will bring new resources for my students to read and explore during free choice time.
The social emotional books will become a great resource to build relationships and connections. The bilingual books will make students feel safe and loved in our room as well as become excited to use resources in their first language. The Math and STEM books will connect reading to our curriculum being taught in our room in fun experimental/discovery ways.
My students will be so grateful in receiving such a impactful gift!
