My Project
All students should be able to access books and read with their peers!
For my youngers students with visual impairments, books can seem really unengaging. When it's hard to see the words or pictures, there isn't nearly as much fun in reading. This makes independent reading time or group reading challenging.
Help me expand my class library of tactile books so that students are able to touch and explore more books. These board books are sturdy, have easy to see pictures, and tactile components that make them very accessible for my young, visually impaired students!
