My Project

Our school encourages the students to be peaceful, positive, and productive behaviors. Incentives have a positive impact on a student's academic performance. Incentives, including mini stuffed animals, and Barbies, can also help to "boost" a student's confidence level and encourage hard work. It can be challenging to teach a class that is not motivated or has disruptive behavior, but positive incentives can create a motivating classroom environment.

The incentives will provide rewards for students who demonstrate peaceful, positive, and productive behaviors and are working hard as well.

As a teacher, I try to encourage and give intrinsic and extrinsic incentives for a job well done in the classroom.
