My Project

Our school encourages the students to be peaceful, positive, and productive behaviors. Incentives have a positive impact on a student's academic performance. Incentives can also help to "boost" a student's confidence level and encourage hard work. It can be challenging to teach a class that is not motivated or has disruptive behavior, but positive incentives can create a motivating classroom environment.

The incentives will provide rewards for students who demonstrate peaceful, positive, and productive behaviors and are working hard as well.

As a teacher, I try to encourage and give intrinsic and extrinsic incentives for a job well done in the classroom.

Students will be excited to do their best to earn prizes and incentives. Having these incentives such as these surprise gifts and lip smackers will encourage my students to be peaceful, positive, and productive as well as participate more and try to be more engaged in lessons.
