My Project

Secret Student is an incentive that I use to help manage behaviors in my classroom, as well as encourage my students to do well in my class. The goal for this project is to have items for the "Secret Student" to earn because of their good behavior and trying even when they are not feeling up for it.

My students thrive when they are able to earn an incentive.

Having a secret student in my class has helped with my students' behaviors and helps them to want to try their very best, even when the task is hard.

Another goal that I have is whole group incentives on Fridays, when students earn items or free time after working so hard throughout the week.
