My Project

Introducing fidgets and calming tools into the classroom environment can significantly enhance learning and student engagement. These tools, ranging from stress balls to spinners, cater to various sensory needs, promoting focus and concentration among all my second grade students. By allowing access to tactile stimulation, fidgets help reduce restlessness and channel excess energy productively, ultimately improving attention spans and academic performance.

Overall, integrating fidgets into learning environments promotes active participation, reduces distractions, and nurtures a positive learning experience for all students.

The incentives such stickers, pens, and stuffed animals will be used to reward all my students in their effort to do their best in all areas. The incentives will boost my students' intrinsic and extrinsic motivation as they will feel a sense of pride and accomplishment.
