My Students

My high and middle school students see art as a creative outlet where they are able to express themselves while in school. They are inspired by contemporary and historical art and artists and by the freedom of choice in art making. I hope to be able to explore many different units and lessons pertaining to various different types of art including but not limited to: textiles, sculpture, photography, cinematography, graphic design, animation, printmaking, drawing, and painting. This project will help us obtain those supplies for future lessons so that students can explore the arts and all its different disciplines!

My Project

As the semester ends, we are in need of replenishing some art supplies! Many things get depleted or worn out over the course of the semester and this projects goal is to help us get through the year!

Canvases, watercolor paper, felt, thread, paint, printmaking supplies, and drawing supplies are just some of the things this project will hopefully fund.

This will give my students more options when choosing the material and surface they want to work on and will also replenish the colors of textile supplies that have been used up!
