This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My first graders are motivated students who come to school each day with a smile. They love to learn new things and enjoy hands-on and multi-modal learning. One resource we are in need of is headphones with microphones. My students use the iReady platform daily on their iPads and they need functional headphones to access the platform. Having headphones will help them to focus on their online tasks and they will assist in drowning out surrounding noise. The microphones will assist in recording their reading on the reading platform.
