This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Dramatic play is such an important part of a TK classroom for growing through pretend, creative play. I would love to create a dramatic play area for my students that align with our curriculum, one being an animal unit and the other being a career unit. Students will be able to use these items that are gifted to the classroom everyday and be able to learn through play. The importance of play for my 4 and 5 year old students is so important for their social emotional growth as well as their academic growth. If graciously donated, these items will provide that to my students!
