Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have a vibrant set of students who have a passion for learning. There are so many characters in my classroom; I'm always excited to see where our days of learning take us.

No matter the time or place, I can always count on my students' love of art, reading, and science.

Our school is in the heart of Boyle Heights, just down the street from downtown Los Angeles. Many of our families struggle to provide their students with opportunities and resources that are necessary for them to become collaborators, communicators, and critical and creative thinkers. In our classroom, we try to bridge this gap and give them all the tools necessary for them to be the 21st-century thinkers that we need today and for years to come.

My Project

The materials I have chosen for this project will be used to link various content areas to create engaging activities for my students. The 3D printing pens in this project will be used in a variety of social science, science, math and english language arts projects in our classroom. There are so many great ideas I have planned for my students to be able to show learning with these 3D printing pens.

With this set of 3D printing pens my students will be able to create their own world of learning!

These 3D printing pens will help my students better understand the importance of creativity in the field of STEAM, and they will help my students engage with learning in our classroom.
