Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My Pre-K classroom is filled with curious, energetic young learners who love to explore the world through imagination. Dramatic play allows them to build social skills, problem-solving abilities, and creativity while pretending to be chefs, doctors, shopkeepers, and more. However, our dramatic play area is lacking some major components.
With your support, I hope to provide my students with new and diverse dramatic play materials, including play kitchen sets, costumes, pretend food, and tools.
These resources will create opportunities for my students to learn about the world around them, develop language skills, and build friendships through collaborative play.
