My Project

I’m a first-year kindergarten teacher who wants to supply my students with flexible seating at their reading stations and STEM stations!

I believe imagination starts with comfort and I want my students to have cozy seats when they have independent reading time.

Flexible seating with give my students options to find what’s comfortable for them as they pick out a fun book to read and explore! A comfortable and cozy library is a key area in a classroom!

I would also like to have flexible seating at our STEM stations. I want them to be able to move around while they build and create exciting things! Every student has different needs and this will give my students options to find what’s comfortable for them as they play with STEM toys, sensory items, fidgets, math manipulatives, and more.
