it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love that students are emerging their play skills in my special needs classroom. We work with our students on ways to expand their imagination for pretend play. I love that my students are young and have the interest in toys. The specific toys I am asking for will be toys in which my staff and I can sit with the students to help them build and use their imagination while playing. My goals for this project is for my students to build a higher interest in playing and being surrounded by school staff. Many times my special needs students have a hard time playing with toys or being around peers and staff. With these vehicle, dinosaur, and magnetic building toys I hope my students will emerge their social play skills. The fact that all of my students are special needs with different types of backgrounds and disabilities makes my students special. I would appreciate any support and help to help my little preschoolers in the classroom.
