My Project

Every child deserves access to engaging, high-quality books that spark a love for reading. Our students are growing and becoming avid readers and they can't get enough of graphic novels. These books fly off the shelves at a fast speed. From early reader graphic novels to intermediate graphic novels, these books greatly increase reader engagement.

Graphic novels are more than just illustrated stories—they are powerful learning tools that help students of all reading levels build literacy skills, critical thinking, and creativity.

Students who find traditional chapter books to be overwhelming, frequently turn to graphic novels. This alternative choice helps students to build confidence. It allows students to read at their own pace while still enjoying rich stories. Visual learners benefit from the imagery, while auditory learners enjoy the dialogue-driven narratives. This makes graphic novels a great tool for students with diverse learning needs.
