This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
In this world full of technology, many will only experience what they are exposed to at school. Being a home away from home, technology would bring challenging activities motivating students struggling with basic skills and those ready to enhance their knowledge.
With such a diverse population, our school serves students who are learning a new language.
Some of our students have access to the Internet at home, and many do not. In a classroom full of eager students, one is always trying to bring in new and exciting ways to teach and help them learn.
My Project
By having access to an iPad in the classroom, my students will be able to use cutting edge technology that will only improve as they get older. Most do not have the opportunities for such experiences. Their learning will range from basic English skills, multiplication skills, to being able to create digital projects to share with one another.
