it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a special education teacher, my professional growth is crucial to ensuring that I can meet the diverse needs of my students effectively. To enhance my skills, I would engage in ongoing professional development opportunities focused on special education strategies, assistive technologies, and inclusive teaching practices.
Applying what I learn in the classroom involves implementing new strategies and tools to address the individualized needs of my students.
For instance, if I learn about a new assistive technology during professional development, I would integrate it into my lessons to provide personalized support for students with different learning abilities.
My students would benefit from this professional growth. They would receive more tailored and effective instruction, as I apply the latest evidence-based practices in special education.
