My Students
Every child is an individual, why should their education be anything but?
Our 2nd grade class is made of 17 curious, confident and capable learners.
Every student in our classroom is ready to learn and is happy to take their learning into their own hands. My students are goal-setters and they know what it takes meet those goals. In our classroom students are eager to get their hands on more technology that will enhance their learning experiences, especially technology that can help them reach their individual goals.
My Project
Students in our classroom spend the majority of their time working on independent learning goals to help them grow in each subject. Learning in our classroom is very much individualized with unique conferences designed to meet the needs of each and every student.
With two iPad Minis in the classroom, my students will be able to use this device to help them reach their learning goals. With an iPad mini students will still get immediate feedback even when their teacher is working one-on-one with another student.
The iPad minis are just the first step in a more individualized approach to education.
With this device in the classroom I will be able to reach more students and their individualized needs.
