My Project
In our IB and college prep high school, we aim to provide students with the resources they need to thrive academically and beyond. To truly excel in science, our students require advanced equipment. These tools will transform their learning experience, enabling them to conduct hands-on experiments, analyze real-world data, and dive deeper into complex scientific concepts. By bringing science to life, this equipment will ignite their curiosity and foster a passion for discovery.
Our goal is to ensure our students are prepared for bright futures in STEM fields, especially here in Kansas City, where the local economy is rich with opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Companies such as Honeywell, Black & Veatch, and the Stowers Institute offer careers that demand the skills and knowledge we aim to cultivate. This project not only supports academic success but also empowers our students to envision themselves as future contributors to Kansas City’s thriving STEM industries.
What makes our students truly special is their resilience and drive. Coming from diverse backgrounds, they have chosen to challenge themselves through rigorous IB and college prep programs despite facing limited resources. Their determination and enthusiasm for learning shine through every day as they work toward ambitious goals. With your help, we can provide them with the tools they need to turn their dreams into reality—and to become the next generation of innovators shaping our community and beyond.
