My Project
Research shows that an active body equals and active brain. Jump ropes, indoor/outdoor balls for active learning, math games and activities encourage math and logic skills, read aloud books stimulate movement through content.
My students enjoy engaging in movement, math, reading, and their own learning.
The novels I chose encourage students to explore imagination. Learning multiplications is fundamental for future math skills; this can be done through fun activities.
My goal is to have my students achieve their potential with active educational materials. As a retired teacher hired back by the district for just one year, I do not have a lot of materials. Your help can give my students needed supplies to encourage both their movement for physical health and academic success. I have 21 darling students who deserve the best.
