My Students
Technology is here and every day it becomes an even greater part of our daily lives. The students in my class are the future. Each day I seek to provide my students with the knowledge, tools and experience that will not only make them better students but amazing people.
My goal is to have all my students find the best way to be successful.
Technology is intuitive to my students and I hope to use it to help each child find their path in life and achieve their dreams.
My Project
My students need 3 tablets to take them beyond the walls of our classroom as we study and learn to code. Students will use a variety of Coding programs like Code.org, Google CS First and Scratch to elevate their understanding and readiness to code for the future. Students will also have the knowledge and understanding to code legos, robots and possibly drones. They would see the process connect to a final product, relevant to themselves and impacting the world for better. Students can practice using design technology and experience careers related to it. In the end, they will be problem-solvers, empowered to take the skills and knowledge in their class to improve their lives and those of people around them.
