This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting several sets of decodable books that my students can read to help further develop their reading skills. These books are designed to engage students and reinforce important phonics skills that must be mastered in order to be proficient readers.

My students work hard every day to master the skills needed to be successful.

Our classroom does not currently have decodable texts that students can access and read independently. Having this project funded would have a HUGE impact on their learning.
