My Project

We are coming up on our grand challenge project! The students will start brainstorming at the beginning of March and begin building soon there after. As the students begin building there are a wide variety of tools and materials that will be needed.

Throughout this year we have had numerous hands on projects, as we constructed different designs myself and the students soon realized there were a number of tools that we needed to make the construction easier.

With the creation of the sustainable cities having tools such as a sander and small electric saw would have saved us valuable time and effort when using lumber. With having these tools in the classroom, being able to lock them up in the locker would be of great value. As far as the door sensor/bell, this will help the students and myself know when someone is at the classroom door, our class can be a bit noisy making it hard to hear knocking.
