My Project

If the summer of 2023 has taught me anything, it's the power of the friendship bracelet. As Taylor Swift made history with her most recent tour, I can't help but reflect on the power of the friendship bracelet. It is using this inspiration that I have created this project full of beads and craft materials to ensure a productive, fun, and memorable first day of fourth grade!

This project provides the materials for students to make a class friendship bracelet, poster, and bookmark on the first day of school.

We all know the first day of school can be intimidating. It is my hope that as a class, we can all make friendship bracelets on the first day of school to celebrate our new beginning together and the adventures that await us in the upcoming school year! As a teacher, I know "all too well" that these projects cost money and don't just appear in the classroom. I would genuinely love to do this on the first day of school for students (August 24th) and make the first day of school as memorable as I possibly can! They say it takes a village to raise a child, thank you for being a part of that village.
