We have very lively and active 8 year olds! I was fortunate enough to teach them in second grade and be able to go up and loop with a majority of them for 3rd grade!
We love to move around and be active and work everywhere but our desk!
We tried flexible seating with yoga balls, but those did not last and we love to sit on the stools instead of chairs! Please help these kiddos focus on work by being able to sit in a way that is beneficial to for them.
My Project
I would love to be able to provide active learners some flexible seating options other than yoga balls! So many of us love to work freely and to sit on stools! This would be perfect for our learning style!
I would love to use this in centers or small groups and on a special basis for students who need it to be able to focus for those who fidget and have a harder time sitting still.
The students love sitting in fun seats and to move while they work.
We do much more productive when we are comfortable and sitting the way we like too! I would love to use wobble chairs in the classroom.
