This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
The students in my classroom walk in my classroom full of energy and ready to learn. They are 25 happy children that love coming to school. Sure they are happy campers.
My students come from different ethnic backgrounds.
Most of my school's population comes from homes where English is not their first language. My students need a lot of visual support to help them learn English as well as reading and writing. Pictures are great tools to help children learn.
My Project
Students in my class are learning English and they need a lot of support with reading, writing as well as math. I need to continue creating games and charts throughout the whole school year for students to use. I need to make a lot of copies and laminate them so students can use individual resources according to their abilities. Students deserve a good quality copy and laminated so it can last. With the label maker machine, I will be able to label every little item in the classroom and that means more English vocabulary for my students. Oh, all the label I will be able to make!
