My Project
Ice is hugely popular among all students. They love to have the ice in their water bottles or available after a hot day outside. Here in Florida the heat can be so oppressive as our students go outside for activity time. Cold drinks and ice are so important during these times.
Ice can also be a great distractor or fidget item for our students, including ADHD and IEP students, to have something to do that is not terribly disruptive.
This machine will allow the teaching staff to offer incentives and rewards for students. We currently have no access to an ice machine due to restrictions from our cafeteria staff. Having ice available would mean so much to our students.
