My Students

My students are fun and energetic, and love authentic and hands-on experiences. This is the type of atmosphere that I strive to provide for my students every day. We love to dance and move and be hands-on with learning. My goal is that I will be able to provide each of my students with a meaningful and memorable experience in third grade. In order to do that, I need a classroom that has the materials my students need to learn.

My Project

This school year we were fortunate enough to receive a technology grant with different materials to use in our classroom. My class received OSMO kits. These are amazing tools for students to explore different ELA and math concepts. I have been eager to introduce them into my centers. The only issue is, they require iPads, and I do not currently have enough in my classroom.

If I received two iPads in my classroom I would be able to transform my centers!

The students would be able to work through the OSMO games at a level that is appropriate for them. Not only does it meet each student where they are, and take them through skills that are an appropriate challenge for them, but it is done in a super engaging way that the kids will love! Your donation will not only touch the students in my classroom for the 2020-2021 school year, but it will also benefit my students for years to come!
