it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students

- Someone who NEEDS access to technology, high-quality books and an inclusive place to learn.
My third graders are curious and they try hard...really hard. They love to read, write, explore, and find answers to questions.
Did you know that they are also BILINGUAL, bicultural, and biliterate? They speak, read, and write in two languages (English and Spanish). That also means that during the school day, they learn in both languages.
My Project
Sitting for long periods of time have always been a challenge for me...and I try to keep this in mind as I teach small humans.
These 2 stools may not seem like a big deal, but they ARE A BIG DEAL.
They will provide choice to my students as they select what best works for them.
Some of my students love sitting in regular chairs, others prefer the rug, while others treat regular chairs like rocking chairs...this can be dangerous. These wooble stools allow children to move while sitting without falling all the time. I wish I had one of those stools growing up.
