Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am a first-year teacher in a special education class. My classroom needs to feel happy, especially with my students who are mild-moderate and want to be in the classroom. The safe environment comes from the way the classroom is structured. Having a calm area would be of great help, which includes bean bags where my students can take a break when they feel overstimulated. With the class furniture, it will give our classroom a well-structured class where everything is visible and well-structured and the furniture would be of great help.
