My Students
My fourth-grade students are inquisitive, risk takers, determined, and enthusiastic. Their ideas, passion, and knowledge are truly inspiring. The students have a willingness to share and communicate with their peers that is a positive asset in the classroom.
My students walk into the class every morning knowing that they can rise to the challenges presented to them through hard work and perseverance.
The students are a diverse group of learners. They are encouraged to learn and grow at their own speed to become capable and confident learners.
My Project
This summer I came across a new series of books that I know my students will absolutely love and dive right into, and become obsessed with! The "I Survived" series are high-interest nonfiction chapter books. Nonfiction books are always popular in the classroom with the students. The "I Survived" series books will allow the students to read about many famous historical events that they otherwise would have never of heard about. These books will be inspirational and a great addition to the classroom! I am excited to introduce these books to the students in my classroom this upcoming school year.
