My Students
My students are from a small city in New Hampshire. Our Title I school serves children in grades Pre-K to 3. They are a vibrant group of kids that come to school every day excited to learn and see their friends!
I strive to create a classroom environment that embraces individuality and establishes a sense of community.
Our class works hard to make sure that everyone feels welcomed and has a safe place to learn and thrive! My students are kind, compassionate, and full of joy!
My Project
Providing my students with a document camera in our classroom will allow me to better reach my visual learners and provide that extra support they need. This camera will help provide a "boost" in all content areas and be such a valuable resource.
I believe in students becoming leaders and teachers in their own classroom.
This document camera will allow them to show off their mathematical thinking, read stories aloud to their peers, show off their unique writing samples, and take pride in their art creations. Sharing and celebrating our work is such a HUGE part of my classroom culture and I know this camera will enhance this experience for my students and help them to shine!
