My Project

I am an elementary school librarian at an urban Title I school. My students are smart and eager to learn. About half of our student population is bilingual. Some are very new to the country and speak very little English. There are times when a student comes down to the library and looking at the words is just too much.

I Spy books are a great way for students to learn English vocabulary and practice new words.

When ELL students need to check out something it's good for them to feel successful. I Spy books are great in that way.

I have a handful of I Spy books that are falling apart. I'd like to replace the old ones and add some new ones to the school library collection. The students will love these new books in our school library. Thank you for your time.
