My Project

If this project is fully funded, students will have the opportunity to build their reading and math skills. We are learning about the Science of reading and how to become better readers. Our school has an Aerospace focus and we spend a lot of time on engineering activities. The Magna Tiles will allow students to use their engineering skills to build buildings and to explore magnets.

During our phonics time we are using the science of reading.

Student will use the white boards to help write letters and words during our lessons.

In Kindergarten we enjoy working and learning during our center time. During this time students are working independently on reading and math skills. The materials that I have chosen will allow kindergarteners to work together and independently on reading, math, and science skills.
