My kids love learning to read, spell and write their sight words. At this time the only thing I have to help my students learn sight words are magnetic alphabet letters and Legos. At this point in the year they have been using the same thing over and over again so this is no longer a station everyone wants to be at.
By donating to this project you will help my students have a choice on how they want to practice learning sight words.
The magnetic letter tiles, alphabet dough stampers and letter beads are things that my kids enjoy doing, so it will feel like they are playing and less like they are being forced to do something.
This project will help students for years to come learning their sight words in a fun way because they will never get old. Helping students learn these words will also help them read and foster a love for reading.
