My Students
I am excited I have the opportunity to teach first grade! First grade has been an exciting change after teaching kinder for seven years. I have 19 students in my class this year. Teaching such a young age group is a lot of fun! They have a lot of energy and are always excited and curious about life.
My classroom is a place for diverse students to learn and grow into young adults with the skills to thrive in our ever-developing world.
My Project
There are a wide variety of materials being requested. Why? Each student/child is different and has individual needs. Students need and deserve items to meet them where they are.
These materials give students different ways to escape their every day today worries.
Books help students put themselves inside the character's world and get them thinking of something else. The prizes give students something to look forward to as they get to buy items in our classroom store. The spinner will give students excitement for different classroom activities or learning skills. Why the headphones? The headphones will give students more comfort during their iPad time. These items will be utilized and appreciated in our classroom!
